RUTH WAS PRETTY GOOD Hi All, I suddenly decided to go to India, one day before the thanksgiving, and my criteria was cheap tickets. Ruth co-operated with me for everything. K R Travels is unreliable and rude Extremely rude people! I normally don't write bad reviews. However, after talking to Ruth I am compelled to warm others. Three days after asking them confirm my tickets, I emailed her asking for a status. After getting no replies, I called back the next day. When I asked her what was going on she told me I don??t have time to get back to everyone. Ruth in K.R Travels messes up big time I have used the service of KR travels twice first time the person who helped me was Kavitha, she was very polite always got back to me in time. Her professionalism made me go back to them the second time. The second time it was Ruth, I had to call her atleast 20 times to make the booking, she never responds in time and she forgot to book the ticket for the last leg of my journey. Excellent travel agency Very courteous service with excellent fares (a rare combination in my experience!). Definitely a personal touch. Strongly recommend, particularly if you are travelling to India.

Best Prices Mostly I have used K R Travels a couple of times for reserving both domestic and international flights and they have ususally offered me the best rates in the market. I have alwasy dealt with them over the phone and they have always patiently told me about the different options we have and what works best for us. The travel agent also gave me some good tips about what to do and what not to do when travelling with a baby. I have always found them friendly and realiable.

K R travels Since my travel agency closed down on West Portal, I have been looking for a good travel agent. KR travel is a very good place. Th esales staff are very friendly and helpful. They always try to look for the best travel deals possible. I do not like to go on the internet sometimes because it is too much of a hassel. The people at KR travels do the work for me. And te prices are pretty reasonable. Its just har to find parking in that rea.

good travel agency with good prices I purchased my airtickets to las vegas from them and found them to be very competetive and helpful. They take care of any special needs that the passengers have. Also the staff is very friendly and courteous. I recommend them for any domestic and international travels. Also they are located in teh heart of san francisco city and easily accessible.
