After severe storm damage 4 years ago, K & P came out and replaced our roof, gutters and most of the trim on our home. Our insurance paid them well. This past week a piece of trim needed to be reattached. We called K & P assuming the work was still wauranted. A repair crew came out and got on a ladder and hammered two nails. Fine all good. Well let's see. There was a leak on our roof. We found this company from a group on Facebook. Estimates were given, pictures taken, work was done. Guess what, after it rained again, our damage is worse on the inside. Total waste of money, don't use these people. Nasty on the phone, and they didn't fix out problem.

We did not see this complaint until today. We were contacted due to a leak. Upon inspection we found an improperly flashed wall above the leaks and missing flashing below a gutter outlet. We made repairs in good faith for $385.00. About a month later we were informed it still leaked so we made arrangements to return, but the customer cancelled the appointment. We never heard from them again.
Good job, professional, fast. Would highly recommend.
