I was interested in viewing a property listed in Palatine. The realtor was unresponsive for days, after several attempts I finally reached her to request to view the property (she wasn't available until 4 days later). She sent her husband to show the property, he was late. After viewing, we reached out to get information about signing for the place - after several more attempts within the same day we were told it was taken. Overall my experience was less than satisfactory.
I’ve been trying to see a property (540 thornhill Ln in Palatine, listed with Karina Chavez all week. I was available any day during the week after 5pm but Karina couldn’t meet until Friday 3/23/18 at 4pm. At 12:30 on Friday, I sent a text to confirm we were still good to see the property at 4pm, but she replied saying the owner didn’t want to show it that day.
