We have a 2002 Toyota Tundra with 150,000 miles on it. I added the air intake system in 2003 . Went to clean the filter and I spotted some holes. I contacted K&N told them about it sent some pics and they sent me a brand new filter. That is great service. Thank you.

Après 3 ou 4 mails au SAV d'Eindhoven pour avoir en achetant les pièces plus de réponse à part voyez avec votre revendeur. C'est inadmissible je peux pas le monter et K&N fait rien

As of today I will stop using and promoting K&N filters. When you call a company to simply ask them what the particulate filtration size is on their reusable oil filters as a result of a poster in one of your forums and you run up against a very solid wall with both the customer service rep and a supervisor, you know there is some real secrecy going on. Several weeks ago I noticed the intake tube to throttle body rubber connector (3 years old) on my 08 Silverado K&N intake system was pretty deteriorated and hard. I have many K&N systems on all of my vehicles and bike. But that will change. After a 13 minute hold today to inform them that the replacement connector was way too big (and a cheaper rubber) I'm told that that's it, no other connector, so I'm screwed. Been using K&N products for years. They are just an outright standard of performance air filtration in my garage and should be in yours if you want a quality dependable performance product to stand behind. Good equipment made in the U.S.A. What more can you ask for? Not much!
