I have the K&N air filter and oil filters in my vehicle. Made a big mistake and I lost the o-ring for the oil filter. K&N is sending me a new oil filter even after telling them I was the one that lost the o-ring. Customer service (via Email) was great and got back to me quickly with answers.

Air filters are great but I tried a kn oil filter and it almost ruined my truck. Filter lowered oil pressure way to low. Will not be using them again
I bought a 2005 GMC Envoy back in 2006 with the 4.2L inline 6 cylinder and to put it mildly it was a turd. After installing the K&N cold air intake I noticed an increase in horsepower (so much more that I had to relearn how to accelerate from a stop to prevent wheel spin) as well as a slight increase in fuel mileage.
I've been using their intake for a decade and it is still going strong. I recently had a unique request and their customer service was prompt and courteous. I can't say enough good things about them.
We’ve used K&N cold air intakes in our vehicles for quite a few years now. We both recently purchased the Centennial edition Silverados, and ordered the series 63 via a 3rd party website. Upon trying to install them we were missing a small part. We called directly to K&N and they overnighted the part so that we had it the next day. Very friendly and professional customer service!

I got them installed on two of our vehicles & I could feel the difference when pushing the pedal.
