I just changed the oil in my 06 dodge charger. tried the kandN hp2004 oil filter for the first and last time. The p.o.s. filter gasket failed blew oil all over my engine compartment my driveway and I lost money on buying this junk filter lost my money in oil that blew out of my engine creating one hell of a mess im going to have to spend more money cleaning up. so in short thanks for the lesson kandN. I recently bought one of these 315.99 air intakes and it not only came with two of the same sides for the heat shield so it looks dumb, it also didn’t have the mass air sensor adaptor to the K&N tube so I had to chop up my old boot for the old intake and make it work so I could get home from my friend’s house. I’ve seen people but the cheap ones on eBay and get all of the required parts, so why can’t this “supreme” air filtration system do the same? I have used K&N air filter in my cars, trucks and motorcycles for years and you can definitely notice the difference. And now I found out K&N does exhaust as well! So I ordered a catback system for my 2019 F-150 5.0... Can't wait to hear and feel the difference.
The only filter worth using. Dont waste time or money on anything else!
Ordered an intake kit 4/3/20 and did not arrive until 4/25/20. I did not ordered it directly through K&N and I understand what going on with the shutdown So I was not mad about this. But when my kit finally arrived It was missing all the hardware and a piece of trim for the heat shield. I called and they said they would overnight the parts to me. 2 days later I still haven’t received them.
