Refund my money after I paid 24 dollars to return it. Horrible way to do business.
I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3, had oil changed prior to a 700 mile trip and decided to use K&N Oil Filter. Made the trip then noticed within a few days there was oil dripping in my driveway. Come to find out the oil was almost gone and the filter was leaking oil all over my engine and trans. Went to said place that changed the oil, and they replaced the oil again and put on a new K&N filter. RecommendedAlways ship fast and very reliable
They never issued a credit for a part we returned to them. Delivery confirmation was signed for on 9/9 by MMARIA. We paid Fed Ex $14 to send it back to them and have tracking and signature proof it was received. I see other reviews are saying the same thing.
K&N has horrible customer service!!!!!!! They have no problem to take your money but saying it is months to receive your refund! This is absolutely rediculous. I feel like they are using covid as a reason for horrible service. They say people are out sick for refunds well I don't see people out sick to take your money to ship an order! Please take your business elsewhere!!!!! I plan on telling any and everyone about this company!
I have yet to install. I ordered 2007 tundra and they sent me 2007 dodge and customer service tells me that's what I ordered😑 how do u confuse dodge and toyota? Then I'm told they have to send email with shipping label and they haven't sent email yet. I can't take back to their location in Riverside for some reason and I am extremely unsatisfied. Boo shipping was garbage and costumer service was garbage. $430 and they can't get model right. I hope this is handle quickly.
Made mistake of installing cold air intake on my 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser, way too loud! I guess I can’t hear it on my 2500 diesel. After 5 miles, tossed it and put the original back on.
Horrible customer service.
I've used K&N Cold Air Kits on my current and past vehicles, never dissapointed with the sound and increase in acceleration they provide.
