I have had the privilege to deal with KMS since 1994. They have installed two new systems during that time. I have a hydronic heating system that I would not trust with another company. KMS has highly trained employees in both installation and maintainance. They are respectful of the property and clean up after any visit to our home. I highly recommend them.
Super honest, transparent and professional. Have used this company for years and they never disappoint. They show up on time and do what is asked - never have to worry about being charged for something that isn’t needed. Very highly recommend!
Service Tech and helper were prompt and very courteous. They came in and serviced the downstairs unit and I am ready for the summer! I highly recommend KMS for all of your heating and cooling needs.
Had this company working on my heating. Heard one of the other men talking smack about an employee for asking questions about the job on the job site. If someone’s asking questions to learn it should not be looked down upon, or relayed to other people that they’re “annoying” ect. Think the guys name that was talking was named don? Never in my 40+ years have a seen such unprofessionalism. They’re also a little more expensive compared to other companies, but I had heard they’re great with their work so I wasn’t expecting this.
