Steve McCarter came out to fix out outside leaky faucet. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave great fast service. He was great with answering questions and the cost was very reasonable. I will definately use them again for plumbing and ask for Steve.
I am was also a customer of the company that bought KMS. I am very pleased with their service and the technicians nice and professional and answered my questions. I also signed up for the maintenance plan. It is helpful and convient.
My wife was the only person on site when tecnition arrived. She advised that he was very cordial and knew where to go and turn lights in basement on, then proceeded to check the Heat and air system was in good working order.
I enjoyed Stephen. He was courteous and took care of my system. Thank you.
