I recently broke my hip and felt that a Town and Country would work best for me and our family. We decided to buy a used 2016 Town and Country with very low miles so we would have two or more years of factory warranty, bumper to bumper, and up to 5 years on the drive train. Only took the one on Plainfield over a month to fix my car. Every time I called no one was there that knew anything about my vehicle. When I did finally get it back it was covered in mud and now has some nice, but dents on my roof and what appears to be a cigarette burn on the interior. Highly recommend not going there.
They are terrible in customer service...my car is in for warranty transmission. They made my apt 740 last Wednesday. ..still in lot and won't return phone calls
Had a wonderful experience buying a van at K & M Dodge! Dan Smithgall went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchase! He will give you the best deal possible to work within your budget. Not only was the vehicle cleaned/washed/waxed, scratches on exterior were removed. He also made sure we left with a full tank of gas, DVD headsets for each of our kids, and 2 key fobs. Would definitely recommend!
A few initial road bumps when dealing with an issue but the Service manager Mike was able to clear it all up. I highly recommend talking to him if you feel like you need some extra assistance with a vehicle service.
