K & M is no longer, as they have been bought out my Fox. I would NOT recommend the "Fox Family". I recently purchased a vehicle from the former K & M, now North Campus. I had this vehicle in my possession for less than 30 hrs total, 15 hrs each time. I drove the vehicle for about 60 miles overall, in which time it broke down twice! Highly unethical – If you don’t have any car experience or knowledge, do NOT take your vehicle here for service. I recently had taken my vehicle in for a pretty straight forward warranty repair on the radio of my 2013 dodge dart. A couple hours into the repair, I get a call from my service representative stating that “we’re having to jumpstart this vehicle over and over” and to give him a call back. if you're looking for a reliable car RUN from K & M it was the worst decision we have made. we bought a jeep 2 months ago and it was towed 2 times there they drove out half a tank of gas trying to fix it claimed it started after they got it in their shop but after the 3 rd time we had it towed AGAIN this time to VanAndel Flikema and after 2 days said it was a huge electrical issue. expensive. we paid to fix it and drove it across the street to Tony Benton. they were so kind. we lost a lot of $ all our down payment but there'... read more

Best car buying experience this 65 year old has ever had. My sales person, Dan Smithgall was great, easy going guy in a relaxed atmosphere,not pushy at all. I really didn't need to haggle over price, I had done my research and knew I was getting a good deal. Dan was an exceptional salesman and did what ever was needed to to make his customer happy (Me). We worked with Dan Smithgall to buy a Chrysler Town and Country, and never felt pressured or rushed. Dan was very knowledgeable and informed, and made sure every minor detail was perfect when we picked up our van. Eric Galle did the financing and was done in no time.
