We were referred months ago and got some work done on our Ford SUV. Then our other Ford cut out on the freeway, so we called to bring it in. They saw us the same day, ran a diagnostic and took it for a test drive. Everything checked out fine, and then they didn't charge us a dime!! What?!? They just said to keep coming back as customers. Done!! Thank you so much!
Had the worst service with you guys, Jacque and Jerri mine as well wrecked my car into the Willamette, would be better than the shit service i recieved.

I started going to K &M I believe in 2009. I have taken 3 cars to them. Every time I have gone they have been absolutely amazing! They have such great customer service, they are reasonably priced, have great mechanics. Today I went in the midst of a horrible day. They reminded me that there are honest, kind people in the world. Took my truck there had it for 3 weeks after I picked it was new and old problems after over 3k there and my truck still don't drive good would never take anything back there...

They're in a class of their own. I've been using them for about ten years, and they never cease to surprise me with the quality of their work, their integrity, and their genuinely humane, kind, considerate customer service.
