Everything was so good! It was my 1st time having the sweet potato pie cupcake and it won't be my last.
Hair was in my food. When brought to attention. The way the wanted to refund I couldn’t do. I offered two solutions and she got smart and said my opinion. Then accused me of harassment and blocked me. Customer service is not there at all. I want to support BOB but this one I can’t.

I emailed K & J’s a picture of exactly how I wanted my cake. Let’s just say it was perfect! The taste= yummy to my tummy! Customer service is wonderful as well! My guests and I throughly enjoyed it! 💗✨ thank you so much for making my birthday celebration desserts! You guys definitely have me as a lifetime customer 🥳 you guys are really “ALL THAT!” 😊
