Very disappointed in response from K&J’s. Ordered daughters cake for this past weekend, while the cake was beautiful and cake layer had great taste it crumbled during cutting and had large icing layers between layers. Guests were served piles of crumbs and icing. Also need to reconsider smash cake policy. Explained at time of ordering and in post message it was our daughters 2nd birthday but 1st birthday home (she was adopted). We got my sons first birthday cake from here. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious but they totally nailed the design and threw in a free smash cake as well! Everyone loved his firetruck themed cake! They were so wonderful to work with! We definitely will be back!
