Terrible office management. Long waits past appointment times (anywhere from 1-2 hrs after scheduled appointment). Dr Thampy has terrible bed-side manner. Do not recommend.
Worst experience ever, wait for over 1hour even with appointment. Dr. Thampy never explained the lab work or test result. Total waste of time, plus I got stuck with a huge bill for nothing. Go to other doctor!
Appointments were very late. He and his staff are rude and seem unhappy. Didn't explain anything.
