I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. Thampy doesn’t listen to his patients and literally yelled at me . I brought in research about the condition he was treating me for and when I asked him questions about my treatment plan he completely shut me down and wouldn’t have a conversation at all. Proceeded to try to belittle me saying “how would someone like you understand this research”. They know their stuff! Thank you for everything.
We liked Dr. Thampy and most of his staff but not the office manager. I have been trying for several months to get my mom a osteoporosis shot. They entered the wrong code when submitting to the insurance company so the insurance company rejected the claim. No fault of my mom's. Now they are punishing my mom for their mistake. It's not right at all. I don't know if Dr. Thampy is behind this or not but this is the rudest we have ever been treated. Through time and patience Dr. Thampy helped me straighten out my thyroid issues. This helped me to get pregnant and have my one and only son. He is always very sweet and helpful.
Dr. Thampy was very knowledgeable and described my thyroid condition to me better than any doctor in the past 20 years. While I had about a 30 minute wait, it was worth it.
Was incredibly diligent in following up my hospitalization and resulting visits. Very accurate in his conversation and informative.
I have a lot of faith in Dr. Thampy and I know that he works very hard on patient care. I highly recommend him.
