Took a ring in that had lost a stone a few years ago to get an appraisal for repair. They fixed and cleaned and I’m now able to wear it again. Great job! They have beautiful jewelry and very nice and knowledgeable!
My husband bought me a beautiful ring set from K & Co. for our 20th anniversary. Over a year later I noticed that one of the diamonds fell out of the band. I contacted K and Co and dropped the ring off for repair. They replaced the diamond and returned my ring to me free of charge no questions asked. Their friendly customer service makes them a company I would highly recommend.

I would love to thank the family at K&co jewelers. I had so many questions and they answered every question I had and I thank you for that. I actually learned a lot about diamonds. Katrina and Rich are some of the nicest people i have ever met. i purchased a engagement ring with them and they really knew how to serve me in everyway possible. i will never go to another jewelry store ever. Today they were kind enough to let us come in and purchase a wedding band due to the wedding is friday. This is the very best customer service i have ever had at any business. i trust them and i love their store. Thank you both !!
