After moving to the area early this year, it was a challenge to find a new stylist. Before moving I had the same stylist for more than a decade and I was worried about finding another one. I like to try different colors and styles for my hair and not all stylists are artistic. The Bulverde location is wonderful. The staff is always kind and treats customers like family. Worst haircut ever! My poor daughter was in tears. They offered to have someone fix it on Tuesday. Today was Friday. I paid for it before it was finished and I wish I wouldn't have. Wasted money and a cut that looked nothing like she asked for. On to another salon to have them fix it
The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Allison did a wonderful job on my wife's hair! I would recommend this salon a million times over!
Absolutely impressed! A friend referred me to Larissa at K.Charles for color. I was looking for a very natural balayage/melted color service for my dark hair. From the initial consult for color to the appointment itself, I was completely impressed with the Aveda process. The process was fluid and my hair color came out beautifully and natural looking. Larissa was very professional and knowledgeable!

Came in for a quick haircut, it was my first time with Shelly, she did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the results. K Charles is my salon of choice. See you again soon.
