Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen, I have spent over 30 years in food service industry from military to high end restaurants, and I can honestly say this place needs a manager that is interested in customer satisfaction. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We spent an hour after we ordered waiting only to see four other tables that came anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes after we did get their food, I have never left a restaurant after ordering but I had no choice. NEVER EAT HERE.
I can't thank Sherry and Richard enough for coming through for me and helping throw a great surprise birthday party for my mom. I know you are under new management and with sherry running the show the sky is the limit. Thank you so much!!!!
Service was extremely slow and poor, they didn't have what we ordered (from the menu), no bread because the freezer was broken according to the waitress. We were offered toast as a substitute, said that would be great, but it never showed up. They ran out of sweet potatoes very early on Father's Day and for some reason didn't get any more. It was not late, and they were not busy, the coffee was undrinkable but cost $2.48. Our water was never refilled. Went there for dinner this evening. After sitting there for 20 minutes and a waitress did not even bother to take our drink order or acknowledge our presence we left.
Had a very lovely evening with our waitress Jackie. The food was great and everyone was so friendly. I look forward to going back soon.
