Walked in & stood around while waitresses just stared at us while they walked around. Should have just walked out then. When we finally got seated we waited an hour for our food. My husband got a chicken fried steak & I got a burger.. My burger was completely wrong when it finally came out. Kids meals (chicken strips & Mac & cheese) didn't come with what the menu stated & when we asked the waitress for the rest of their orders she said "oh. Well do you still want that??" Terrible service, waited for an hour and never got our food. Will not be going back!!
We were very disappointed tonight. Waitress was not attentive. 3 of the 5 plates we ordered were incorrect. One of which was a kids burger. The patty came out looking like a golf ball. Not kidding.. The manager came to our table and all he did was make excuses..I will say he took the kids meal off.. Yeah that'll bring me back.. Uh no!!
I will never go back there, we went over labor day weekend and my daughter ordered chicken strips and they were brought to her raw....twice!! And the salad bar was a dirty mess! Gross!
Well I don't know where to start! I ordered a 18.00 Rodeo Rib Eye and got a 1/4" thick piece of tuffness! I was starving and ate it but will never -ever go back! And that really sucs cause we just moved here and were hoping for at least a descent local Steak House! I can't score a zero so I guess a 1!!!!!!! Do not I repeat Do Not eat there!
I have always had good service and good food. I am a semi-regular and would recommend.
