Harrison was fantastic to work with. He went over and beyond to make sure that our transaction went smoothly and he was always available when we had questions. The property had tons of furniture and trash left by the previous owner and Harrison hired a company to come and clean everything out prior to closing. That was a huge help for us and we look forward to doing many more deals with him in the future.
Steven Schultz and the team with JZ Home Buyers were efflicient and professional. We had several “hiccups” in this process but Mr Shurtz stayed the course until we got these problems ironed out and we were about to complete the sale of my mother’s property. I appreciate his patience, professionalism and steadfastness.
