I wish I read the negative reviews before spending 2 months with this doctor. I did not feel heard or like my symptoms were being appropriately treated. My stress during an already stressful time was radically increased by my experience with this doctor and her "bedside manner". Hopefully will find a doctor with both empathy and the skill to treat my issues.
I had my first appt with Dr Jyotsna yesterday and that was my last appt. The young lady at the desk has no customer service skills at all. Having an airpod in while checking someone in is unprofessional. She was very transactional. I only encountered two people with great customer service and it was Farah and the lady who took my vitals. As far as the doctor, she has no patience at all. One of the best doctors I have ever been to see. I am very thankful for the care she has given me and the difference it makes in how I feel.
Dr.Talapaneni, is wonderful. She takes as much time as needed with her patients. Follow up after procedures is excellent! I've been a repeat patient for over 10 years now, and I will continue to be.
Dr. Talapaneni was very patient and gave great advice for my autistic son. I had a very long wait and became stressed and complained to the staff. Dr. T very calmly apologized and was so comforting. I want to apologize for losing my patience with the staff. Dealing with stroke and cancer has been a struggle and she was very supportive to me and my entire family during my son’s visit.
