The provider is excellent however the office that does the scheduling is terrible!! I have been canceled now four times with no apparent reason!! So if it’s continuity you want go somewhere else! Dr Gopal is an extremely warm and personable Dr. She truly cares about her patients! She sat down with me and went over my medical history with me and took her time in order to get to know me as a person! Take it with a grain of salt and see for yourself, she is wonderful!!!
Dr Gopal is non-communicative. Makes major decisions without notice, discussion or communication. She cut a medication I use without telling me. I found out when I got the refill. I saw her once- no conversation, no discussion, nothing. Avoid Dr Jyota Gopal
