When my rig broke down in indianapolis, I initially made the critical error of having it towed to the local Rush truck center, where I sat around for 3 Days waiting for someone to do something. On day 4, I called the pet store, they got me in and diagnosed my truck that day, and had it fixed the next day. Everyone there was extremely courteous, they had a nice break room to hang out in while I was waiting, and they went out of their way to save me as much money as possible. Every time i have my 2023 peterbilt in at JX Peterbilt indy they dont get all my issues resolved in one or two trips there. This most recent time the main issue With my truck is still there and they had no explanation.

Hey big thank you to my new friends and family at JX Peterbilt, these people go Above and beyond very friendly and professional I was there a few days, but it was worth it. My truck has never ran the way it is now since I’ve owned it. A big thank you for taking care of my families income machine. I highly recommend this place. Specially if you drive a Kenworth a.m. and p.m. techs are very professional as the management as well thank you all
