Worst experience ever buying a used truck. These people would not negotiate at all. When I asked them to make some minor repairs to the truck, they only agreed after a bunch of back & forth. When I went to pick up the truck, the salesman was doing some of the repairs out on the lot himself. Not a mechanic, a salesman But the worst part was the A/C wasn’t cold. Lack of accountability and truck damaged….. AGAIN!!! Third time my truck has been at this shop and got damaged. I had to straighten my license plate and holder because it was damaged and bent (pic is after I straightened it). How bad they do their job is an entirely different story. Picked truck up today with damages my taillights don’t work on one side and the other is dimly lit and they didn’t put a bolt back in my pass side step. Had my truck towed here for a no start issue. After a couple hours of horsing around, they told me that my truck was out of fuel which was absolutely false. After about another hour they let me know that they couldn't do anything with my truck because it's been deleted, then handed me a bill for $700. So just to recap, if your truck has been deleted, they won't correctly diagnose it, or fix it, but they will hand you a $700 bill for steering you in the wrong direction and accomplishing absolutely nothing.
