Fantastic service! Graidy (I’m probably spelling his name totally wrong) was awesome! He looked at my ring/diamond and eased my anxiety - it was just dirty! He was also wonderful with showing us men’s wedding bands and showing me a few awesome bands. No pressure at all and we had fun! Looking forward to going back before they close their doors (which we wish they weren’t!).
After my Nana passed, she left me her wedding band. I was devastated when it didn't fit, and taking it to JWR was the best decision. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made sure I understood how the process would go before I left. My ring was finished earlier than expected, and you can't even tell it was enlarged. Looks brand new! Thank y'all so much.
