I bought my wife's engagement ring from Krist and we got both our wedding bands from him as well. I opted for a custom design on the engagement ring and Krist did an excellent job with the design. He had the design done within a couple days and the ring ready in just a couple weeks. My wife loved her ring so much that she had him design her wedding band as well. Krist was great to work with, very friendly, and his work is of the highest quality. We plan on using JWO for all our future jewelry needs.

I have been using JWO for many years....way back when "Dad" was there....he always did wonderful work and that has certainly not changed with the next generation. I only have a few pieces of jewelry, some that have been passed down to me. Although they are not very valuable, they are precious to me. They are the only jewelers I trust.

Wow, what a team Heidi and Krist are! I love their Customer Service and overall work ethic. A rare find these days. Small and cozy, personable and no 1-800 number! You can email them, call them, or simply stop by and they will take care of you! My Husband Dr. Slater loves his Honor-Ring I gave him for our 34th Anniversary gift! Please trust their judgement! Thanks Krist and Heidi, the best Brother and sister team!

I am extremely impressed with Krist and Heidi. The customer service is above average and the quality of the repair service is amazing. Finally a bridal custom design jeweler for men and women that want something unique without being overpriced. Love them!!
