Terrible experience in 2016 and terrible experience I. 2024. Communication is terrible and the care is even worse. Limited options in Indy and maybe that’s why the service is bad.
If I could leave a review with zero stars they'd get Zero stars. You can't reach anyone when calling. You have to leave a VM for someone to return your call in 24hrs. The Nurse Heathrr for Dr Sandella told me while headed towards full physical crisis that there is no On-Call Neurologist. My Dr Sandella did not call me back fir a week. And that message was go to the Hospital. I was already at an E.R. when I heard back from her. She Does NOT listen to her patients.
