Technician Julio C. was amazing! Called for an appointment and they were out to see us that same week. Julio was friendly and eager to do all he could to resolve our problematic water pump. Not only did he take the device apart to fix it, but once we realized it’d be beyond repair, he went out to buy a new one and replaced it same day. Beyond that, he also identified what caused the unit to break and put in additional safety measures to ensure the new device doesn’t fall prey to the same issue.
