I just wanted to give a big thanks to Steven dyke he was very professional and knowledgeable of my system an gave me a diagnosis of what I need to do to fix it. Also my son was asleep at the time and he did his best to stay quiet not to wake my son while he was doing his job. Just want to say thanks to J and W and I hope all of your employees are as good as he is.
The experience with your first technician was mot great. The second technician had great customer service , he acts like he cared.
