The standard of service has decreased over the last year. Schedule an appointment today for today at 5:00 because the air in my house is out and it is 97 degrees outside. Only to find out at 5:30 when I called they added the appointment to last week. They “fixed” my air last year but it hasn’t worked correctly even after multiple visits now a unit that is 2 years old and been repaired by them multiple time isn’t working and they don’t show up on one of the hottest days so far. Let me first say that I have done considerable business with JW Heating and Air and I am shocked at the behavior they are currently demonstrating. In the past, I have had nothing but pleasant and fair experiences. JW Heating and Air installed a drip pan for my AC unit. Unfortunately, they wired the water sensors incorrectly. This failure allowed a substantial water leak in my attic and a bedroom ceiling to go undetected. The resulting damage / repairs costs were about $2,200.
