The AC technicians were very friendly and professional. This was my first time using JVR, and I'm impressed. They identified 3 or 4 installation errors by the previous AC company, and they have ordered parts for necessary fixes (see update, below). They thoroughly explained the situation to me and took photos to document what has to be done. Based on my experience today, I pre-paid for the next regular service call. Prompt, thorough and excellent service
We were so incredibly pleased with the work Daniel and his crew completed! They were meticulous and professional throughout the entire process. They started early in the day and did not go home until 7:00 PM. The owner, Jorge, was very responsive and kept to the schedule.
