We had a couple of major projects to complete the 40 year re-certification. JVP and his crew were very responsive to the residents' concerns and cleaned up after themselves which is uncommon in the industry. I'm thankful that they have been extra careful near the boats and the vehicles outdoors. I will say though that Jose managed the permits wonderfully. Stay far away from this company. They claim to specialize in commercial buildings. They did a horrible job in roof replacement at Kendall Acres West. READ their contracts real carefully. Our community got screwed over with an open ended contract. They low balled the estimate the $2M’s, it quickly climbed to over $4M. Not to mention multiple permitting issues with Miami Dade county. I’ll wait for your response Vincent.
We were so fortunate to have had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Jose Vicente Perez (JVP Construction Group) for the entire remodeling of our high rise condominium unit. Jose Vicente was available to us 24/7 (which was so refreshing). He surrounds himself with great subcontractors (which he has known for many years) and everyone worked great together.
