MADE MY DAY!!!! – I like this place because as for being a regular customer, price negotiation is possible. Yesterday was my birthday and Juvenex gave me and my friends a good discount. They treated us so well we all left the place happy. It had been 6 years since my friends and I are coming to Juvenex. Along the years we became close friends.
This is not a GREAT SPA, as folks will state. – Went to this spa recently with 8 women. we were not prepared for what this spa had to offer. 1) first we were offered dirty flip flops, i was expecting paper slippers. 2) Changing room is in the middle a common area divided by shades. 3) showers out in the open in common area, mind you this spa becomes co-ed after 5pm so yes, everyone will see you. 4) rooms, you will not have a room to your self for your massage. there were 3 massage tables and 1 queen size bed in my room and y... read more
Great spa! – Juvenex is a great place for hanging out with friends. I went there with four of my friends just to check out the place and i was surprised that we could all stay right away and have five massages at the same time. You can go there without having an appointment, enjoy time together in soaking tubs full of lemons and get complimentary champagne. It is really relaxing place. This place is hysterical! – My boyfriend and I went for one of their couples packages last night. When you walk in, you get a great receptionist. The good stuff ends there. You get a dirty pair of flip flops and then your boot camp coach comes in. Ours shoved us in a room to change and then, was pressuring us to get out and get in the shower. Mediocore!!! – My wife and I decided to visit this spa over the weekend. We regularly recieve 2plus massages a week being that I am a massage therapist. I was actually very disappointed. From the begining we had no sense of direction. They assume I have been to their facility before. We both just waited several times before they noticed and told us what to do next. great for a scrub – The scrubs were great, but the massage wasn't. I went with my boyfriend and the two technicians kept talking through our massages. They didn't ask what the problem areas were, didn't use any oils and never even flipped us over. They also forgot to give us the mask that was apart of our purification process. When we reminded them they had us lay in the changing room rather than take us back upstairs to apply it. I would only recommend Juvenex for the scrub and nothing else.
Juvenex was exactly what I've been looking for in NYC!!! – I've been living in the city for almost 5 years and was looking for 24hr spa that I could go any time I wanted for facial and body treatment. I really liked this spa!!! – It is beautifully designed. I wonder who the designer of this spa is. It was nice to begin with private elevator just for the juvenex clients. The spa experience was the best one so far.. Will be my favorite spa... Definitely worth going!
