Relaxing atmosphere – This is a wonderful full service Spa that I would highly recommend. I recently had a half day full indulgence package and will be back again. It's a great place to experience a full day at the spa...they have so many services to choose from. I would recommend this Spa to anyone looking to be pampered. Thy are open 24/7 and I saved close to $50 by using the Citysearch special as I was there on a Tuesday. Go there, you will love it.
Heavenly!! – Just heavenly. The best massage/Scrub I've ever had... plus a really great all-around 'spa experience.' They've got all the special little touches covered. Highly recommended.
awesome massage! – I was in New York for a few days of R&R and visited Juvenex for a massage and facial. Lisa was my massage therapist and she was totally awesome! Also got a great facial with Natalia. Staff is super friendly and not pretentious. It's a short cab ride or nice stroll from the hectic scene of time square where I stayed, but that's what I loved about it!! Extremely Bad Experience, Absolute Dissapointment! – I work across the street from this place and saw the appealing sign on the sidewalk, so decided to try it for a massage after a long and hard work day. But the experience was the exact opposite of what I was hoping for. . . instead of unwinding, I left feeling frustrated, tense and quite sad. Unique experience - check it out. – This place is a lot of fun. My girlfriend and I had a massage and a body scrub and both were top notch. Lots of people bash this place for not being as private as most high end spas in the city, but that's the charm of this place. Its not a traditional spa, its a funky korean spa in korea town. If you're uptight, don't come here. If you're up for a unique spa experience, definately check it out. Professional treatments. Unique set up. Lots of fun.
BEST MUMMYS DAY OUT – this was my first time experience with a spa, me and my girlfriend both mothers needed a day to ourselves this spa experience was awesome more than we expected. i found this place online on arriving we met OLGA who greeted us and give us a tour of the facility . we totaly enjoyed the whole experience from the saun to hot stone massage it completely relaxed our total self. i would reccommed this spa to any new moms looking for some ME TIME!
Great Decor, competitive pricing – I have been to 2 comparable spas, Juvenex is VERY GOOD but not if you prefer complete privacy. i went for Basic Couples package and my girl loved it. as you read in other reviews, hardly any privacy except for Jacuzzi room and massage.

Brow wax----hardly like they say – I made an appointment for a brow wax. Having read on the website it was 30 minutes long, I was expecting someone to take time and shape my brows. Now when I called they said yes we will be shaping them. Upon arrival I sat down and the woman asked how I wanted them done. Now I think she should be telling me what will look best on me.
