Heavenly – Just heavenly. The best massage I've ever had... plus a really great all-around 'spa experience.' They've got all the special little touches covered. Highly recommended.
Great Experience! – What a great experience! When I walked into Juvenex Spa, I felt like I was being welcomed as a guest into someone's home. Both receptionists smiled at me, welcomed me and offered me a delicious cup of tea. SO much different then the other spas I've been to where they could care less if you enjoy yourself. You get what you pay for – Let me begin by saying that, in a spa, I know that I'll be asked to disrobe at some point during my visit. This is not a surprise to me. I understand I am among professionals and this is how things are done. good idea, bad execution – Juvinex is indeed a beautiful a spa with some wonderful amenities. However, their staff really could use some training. The problems started right off the bat when my girlfriend and I arrived at the same time as two other couples. The receptionist and staff seemed completely overwelmed by this. Nice Suprise – Definitely a hidden jewel in Korea town. I threw a small corporate event here (group of 11) and everyone had a fabulous time. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The facilities were CLEAN which is a must for me. My favorite Spa – Juvenex is exactly what I've been searching for! I immediately felt like I was part of a great group of friends. Every courtesy was extended to me. I was given a tour of the entire extensive facility, offered a cup of tea, and always greeted with a smile. The services were obviously performed by seasoned veterans. Best Package Deal – had an overall great experience, but I was pleasantly surprised to have received the best facial I've had in Manhattan so far. It came as part of a package. I recommend the package which inclusdes facial, massage, salt glow.
Amazing – I travel for my work and am used to getting massages on a regular basis while away from home. Imagine my surprise when I found this spa in my own backyard! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt my tensions begin to melt away. Soothing colors and mellow music were just the beginning. The therapists are some of the best i've ever had.
