a most lovely friday after work – Juvenex is a new spa & I was very impressed with the decor, professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the overall experience. I found it to be highly relaxing with few 'logisitics' for me to deal with. I sat in the dry sauna igloo and dipped in the cold pool (back and forth) much longer than I anticipated that I would since it was such a calm and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.
