Blackout Day – I was stranded at the Grand Central station, thinking this is a 2 hour outage walked over to Juuvenex. They had no power but the place was lit with candles, tubs were full and igloo hot, only the steam did not work. Had a wonderful massage and was there for at least 4 hrs when they announced they were closing. They did not charge me, and offered me a ride. Needless to say it was a gift from heaven. I love them and will always remember that day at Juvenex. These folks are special. Love, Rose
Awsome!! – This place is wonderful. As soon as you enter you feel the stress melt away. The atmosphere is very relaxing. After a good massage and facial, you feel like a brand new person. The staff is knowledgeble and friendly, the service divine. Truly an awesome place!
Worth The Drive – I drove over an hour to get there. Though I go to spas alot, I had never heard of Juvenex. I was amazed of the beauty and feel of the space, and then was blown away by the best massage and facial I have had for along time. Perhaps my massage is bali might top this one. But nothing close to it in the NY/NJ area. Overall I will drive back with pleasure. They have find a regular client in me. I strongly recommend them.
Valentine's Nightmare – I went to Juvenex on V-day and found to my surprise, couples were there as part of a Valentine's Special. Women were given cheap, disposable underwear so that we wouldn't feel uncomfortable. I should have been notified that there were going to be men there. I was getting a scrub, completely naked right next to a gawking guy in the steam room. On top of that, I had to wait 3 hours before I recevied my first treatment.
A True Oasis! – The most impressive overall service to top the beautiful design makes this the best spa in town in my opinion. I am just finishing up a great book on spas around the world and beleive Juvenex has captured the essence of what I am reading. I love the spa and can not recommend it highly enough. The service is incredible. I have heard they get a lot of celeberties and they sure treated me like one.
Suzie the Pest! – I exchanged about 15 emails with their info desk before going there. They were so nice and responsive. And their massage and facial therapists were even nicer. I love the place, and loved my facial and massage but I decided to log on and write for their staff. They are so helpful, sweet, and lovely. Thanks you. You have a client for life.
Addicted to Jade! – I had been to Juvenex a few times and purchased their 'Jade glow addiction' package. which pretty much gives me unlimited access for a year. I go there once a week and am loving it. They are not kidding either, I do have a glow on my face everytime I leave the spa. I spent some time reading the books they have there on Jade and am becoming an addict. Jade Rules!
They did change. – I went there last month with my friends. When we left we all were sure this was too good to be true and were worried they will change and either let up on the service . raise their prices or something. Well, I was back (alone this time) and I was so pleased to see they have changed for the better. The place is even more beatuiful with all the new plants, and decorations. Pure Heaven!!!!!!! – I came across this spa by chance. I usually go to the spa across the street from them. Saw the sign in the street and went in, and am now addicted!! They have the most wonderful treatments, friendly staff and beautiful spa. Miss Yipak has outdone herself. I've been to many spas, including the Golden Door, the Venetian, and nothing compares. I love it!!
