Do Not Go To Juut! – I think it is quite interesting that the positive reviews about Juut on this website specifically mention the stylist's name. Hmmmm....gee...I wonder if these "reviews" are written by the stylists themselves. My experience at Juut was not positive. I went there 3 times for haircuts and highlights, and I do not think that this overly overly priced salon is worth the money. Go somewhere else. – Not only is the service half a$$, but even when you call for an appointment they act rude, and in a hurry. There are so many other great salons in the same area, why give you money to a place that doesnt deserve it!
Very disappointed! – After visiting Juut over a week ago, I had to spend half an hour in front of the mirror trying to 'correct' my $50+tip haircut. I haven't been to *Great Clips* in years and my last visit to Juut reminded me of how one feels after getting a haircut at that place. Five Star treatment – I've been to the same barber since i was 10 years old, never truly happy with my cuts...i was referred to Haley almost 2 years ago now, and there will be no going back. She took time to listen to what i wanted, gave me some well needed tips, and was one of the sweetest women i've ever talked to. I would highly recommend her, she is the best!
After 10+ years I've had enough! Horrible!!! – I have gone to Juut for over 10 years. After consistent downhill customer service, increasing prices, and unprofessionalism in the staff, I have finally called it quits. I was yelled at on my wedding day by the person who was doing my updo because I had washed my hair that morning (excuse me, but who gets married with dirty hair?). Scissor Power! – I used to do the Great Clips thing but then a friend sent me to Lindsey G. at Juut. Lindsey gave me a great cut and showed me how to style my curls, which now form nice ringlets instead of a frizzy mop. Lindsey also does an amazing job with short hair and another friend got a really great style for her wedding. I also took my mom to Juut when she came to town and the stylists there helped me put an end to her soccer mom style. I won't be back. – I took my teen aged son here. We were both disappointed. No attention to detail with a high price tag in a trendy location. I could have done a better job giving him a hair cut myself (and I'm not a trained stylist).
Spa Services – I have gone to this location on 3 different occassions to get my eyebrows waxed. Each time I have given the same instructions and each time I have ended up with different results from the same aesthetician. Beyond my eyebrows being uneven, there was no attention to detail. They have not proven themselves at all, and now in light of the fact that they are now raising their prices, I will definitely never be back.
Too rushed to care? – I set up an appointment ahead of time, oh yes they could fit me in for a color and highlight with a cut to follow. I ended up with no color, a partial foil which since we went with the juut recommended browns v my usual blondes left me looking like my last foil job has grown out and I need another soon. My colorist wouldn't know though since I never saw him again after my hair was rinsed. The haircut was rushed and it did not include a scalp massage that all the other patrons around me were getting.
