Worst eye brow wax – Beth did a horrible job on my brows. I made her stop after she did one. I did not want her working on me anymore. Beth is the lead esthtician. She seemed indifferent to my distress, maybe a little amused, as did the manager. I will never go back to any Juut after how I was treated.

Amazing! – I went to check out the new Southdale location and was blown away. It is by far the best Salon I've ever been to. Not only is it a beautiful salon, but it is full of beautiful people. I received a haircut which was the best haircut I've ever had. The stylist really took her time asking me questions not only about my hair, but about my lifestyle so she would know what style would work best for me. I had a great experience there and would recommend this salon to anyone I know.

Free iced tea! – I used to be a loyal Rocco's galleria girl but after my stylist left and the staff REFUSED to tell me where she transferred to I decided to check out Juut across the street. Oh my god what a difference! You walk in and you can pour yourself fresh iced tea with lemons in it or water or different kinds of hot drinks. And you know its fresh because you can see it. Hip atmosphere, average pedi at best..... – I heard Juut had done a massive remodel of their southdale location so my sister and i went to check it out. They have a very hip atmosphere now, but with small irriations and to top if off my pedi was average at best. At first I thought it looked really 'cool' in there. But then you take the worlds slowest elevator down one floor to go to the worlds smallest pedi room. Great New Salon in Southdale! – I love the new location in southdale. Its upscale and just an incredible atmosphere. Shawn is a brow guru - see her and you won't be disappointed! The only negative is the front desk staff. They have no clue what they are doing! They don't know how to work their own computers for appointments. That is inexcusable for an upscale salon!

Worst cut ever! – I went to Southdale Juut salon because a friend had a good experience there. The stylist I chose was an average range price wise with two years experience but she really messed up my hair. My hair is extremely curly and needed someone who knew what they were doing. She obviously didn't. After my first cut, I wasn't happy and went back for a slightly shorter cut which she did, no problem. The second cut was as bad as the first. Not worth the money – The front desk was rude and the service wasnt that great. I dont think anyone should try this place. It is over priced for the service that you get.
