I've been coming to Juut for years and overall I've had good experiences. The front desk staff can be hit or miss; some are entirely pleasant while others make me feel as if I am bothering them by simply waiting to check out. I'm an Aveda loyalist and love to products are services for hair. The scalp massage and calming tea before a haircut makes it worth the trip!

I have long hair, and had a Great Cut, and Blow Out on a wednesday night from Joel In Edina...He was really nice, and gave me beautiful hair! He also told me that he loves long hair, and did not try to cut my hair all off. He gave me a nice trim without overdoing it! I Loved it! The Salon is gorgeous inside! They give you Aveda Tea, and have great music playing!. I went to Katie for Color, and it was Superb! The two of them talked together with me before the service, and really made my look happen!. Great Color and Waxing experience – I decided to go to Juut because I wasn't completely satsified with the previous salon I had been going to. I went from blonde to brown and Haley did an excellent job. It's holding well and I really like it. My hair is also much healthier because of the color too. I also had my brows tinted and waxed by Rachel and they look very pretty. 100% satisfied!

Juut salon spa-Edina – The worst place for a hair color....I decided to give this salon a try after I saw their website which raved about their staffs' expertise & experience . They all seemed very convincing & very impressive in pictures..I first consulted with their master level colorist. It took her 4-5 hrs & to give me somewhat the right color. The cost was $ 165. Pedicure – I have had several pedicures with few at the $70 price range which was the price at Juut. There was nothing new, different or better for this pedicure. Little massage, no foot masques and little exfoliation. When I asked to have my nails clipped shorter she said that she was unable to do that. Poor customer service. Very poor value for the price.

A wonderful stylist - others not so much!! – I decided to come over from Rocco's and give Juut a try. I brought a photo of a hairstyle I loved and Leaux cut it perfectly on my first visit! She is an absolute sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable. She listens and offers suggestions to help you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend her. worst pedicure that i have had – <y feet were kept soaking in water for too long. the therapist said she would be back in 10 minutes but took much longer as she had gone off to wax someone's eyebrows. When she returned she put on gloves to proceed with the pedicure, without first checking if i was allergic to latex. my skin was red and irritated.
