Service quality changed for the worse about 5 years ago. I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I had been getting foils and eventually I was leaving their salon with more and more of an orange tint to my hair for months. I was paying over 250 for each service. My final straw was when my long term stylist told me to go on Amazon and buy some purple type of product to tone down the orange.
