I had scheduled them to come on a certain date and they simply did not show or text me. It had been raining a lot so I actually didn't expect them to come on the agreed-upon day which was perfectly fine. I texted to see when they were going to come and they never got back to me. Horrible customer service! Do not reccommend!
Justin did a fantastic job on our property one time but he has not returned to do the scheduled work and has not been responding to texts or voicemail messages. I have tried contacting him for over two weeks with no response. I have no problem with the work done just he has not returned any communication or returned to do the work.
This was my first ever using Justin's lawn care and I will say first impressions were absolutely impeccably wonderful. Justin was very professional and the yard looks great!
Justin is a heck of a nice guy, He always does a great job on our lawn and his prices are very reasonable.
