Went to see Dr Justin Newman at Southlands Office for my bothering both knees while walking and standing or sleeping at night. He just advised and took X-rays immediately of my both knees and discussed about the situation of my both knees. He immediately gave me Cortisone Shot in my one knee and for other knees scheduled after . After this injection I feel comfortable with my knees after injections . He is very positive and did an excellent job.
He reviewed current X-rays and made the decision to follow up with MRI. This will ensure a diagnosis with best outcome.
I saw Dr. Newman for hip pain, and ultimately worked with him to fix my hip impingement and torn labrum. I’ve never had a better experience with any physician, as Dr. Newman is focused on joint preservation and helping his patients return to activities they love (for me — running, hiking, snowboarding, etc.) He always spends as much time as is necessary to explain the dynamics of the joint and identify the root cause of the issue — without me having to aggressively advocate for that time, as I usually have to do with other d... read more
Dr Newman is outstanding and makes you feel comfortable immediately. He is extremely thorough and truly cares about his patients!
Dr. Newman and his staff were repeatedly 30+mins late to every appointment and never acknowledged as much. They failed to return emails and phone messages on numerous occasions. They left a Post OP patient in the dark. It took 2 months to get a much needed knee brace because of the clinics disorganization. Not very reassuring to want to do a second surgery with this team.
