Dr. Yang was so wonderful. From the very first appointment he made me feel special and he listened to me. I had tried two other surgeons and they seemed to have their own agenda, and not what I wanted to have done. One surgeon said a total knee replacement and the other said no surgery at all! Dr. Yang repaired my complete ACL tear and bucket meniscus tear and I couldn’t be happier. I was so concerned about possibly needing a meniscectomy because I’m really active in sports and weight lifting. Thankfully, he was able to fix my bucket tear! He was thorough in his care and his surgical team was excellent. I felt completely at ease on the day of my surgery and my recovery has been excellent. I’d highly recommend Dr. Yang for any sports related injuries.
Had a complete ACL rupture and bucket-handle meniscus tear. Dr. Yang was able to complete a patella tendon acl reconstruction and fully repair my meniscus without a meniscectomy, which i am forever grateful for. I am about 3.5 months post-op and my ongoing recovery back to sport is in progress. If you are an athlete looking to get back to your sport for an acl and/or meniscus surgery, Dr. Yang is the surgeon for you (he was also a collegiate athlete). Would recommend 10/10 times.
Dr Yang is a rockstar! He performed a total joint replacement of my right shoulder. After having chronic pain in my shoulder for well over a year, I experienced virtually no pain from the surgery, and now I feel no pain in the joint.
