Dr. Yang was so wonderful. From the very first appointment he made me feel special and he listened to me. I had tried two other surgeons and they seemed to have their own agenda, and not what I wanted to have done. One surgeon said a total knee replacement and the other said no surgery at all! Had a complete ACL rupture and bucket-handle meniscus tear. Dr. Yang was able to complete a patella tendon acl reconstruction and fully repair my meniscus without a meniscectomy, which i am forever grateful for. I am about 3.5 months post-op and my ongoing recovery back to sport is in progress. If you are an athlete looking to get back to your sport for an acl and/or meniscus surgery, Dr. Yang is the surgeon for you (he was also a collegiate athlete). Would recommend 10/10 times.

I had a great experience! Normally I am skeptical about the doctors I interact with, but Dr. Yang made everything very easy. I thought I only wanted to repair my labrum, but he also recommended doing work on the back of my shoulder as well, to help protect against arthritis in the future. He truly knows what he is talking about and I felt comfortable knowing he was the surgeon behind my shoulder procedure.
