Won’t refund my friend for her wedding being canceled due to the corona virus. Also wants to have her pay the remaining balance of flowers she won’t be using or seeing. Greedy as can be.

Your friend and all our brides know that we are evaluating any contract that has had to cancel to see what else can be done but we have to wait until we know that we are in the correct position to continue forward as we have an enormous obligation to our currently booked and rescheduled clients. Terrible service. Refused to refund a wedding of a couple whose dream wedding was cancelled by COVID-19. The groom serves our country in the military and to see them treated this way is pathetic. Never use this company. EVER.

I really hoped that it did not have to come to this, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. My wedding was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As heartbreaking as that was, this company is not willing to give me any kind of a refund. They were first willing to give me a credit for a future event. However, we cannot have a future event they can support because my husband is in the military and we are being stationed to another duty station out of state immediately after his travel restrictions are uplifted. RecommendedAndrea was amazing to work with! She really pulled our colors together and made our reception light up with flowers, candles, vases and decorations. Our wedding bouquets were perfect as well. Highly recommend!!
