We listed our home in June. We had three showings the first week. Our fourth, and final showing, was the second week! We were hesitant to use a realtor, but it was a wise decision. Justin made the process stress free. If you’re looking to sell your home, he’s your guy.
Justin knows his stuff!! Listen to him and you will be set. We were in a crunch with having to move to a different state for work and concerned about having to pay a mortgage and a rent. He put the house on the market on Saturday and by Monday night we had 4 offers on the table. We had a quick closing and were moved before we even had to pay another mortgage payment. You want the most bang for your buck? Give Justin a call. You won't be disappointed!
Use this guy, he will do good by you! He was very knowledgable about what is going on in the area. Even after the closing he still helping with an issue.
