The site of my surgery is still red months later. Want Dr. to look at it. Staff never answers phone. Always need to leave messages. They call back days later. Then tell me to go back to original dermatologist.
TERRIBLE I have no idea if he unnecessarily butchered me with a 4 x6” hole on my forehead or saved my life because he didn’t meet with me to discuss it and sent me on my merry way to a surgeon. No follow up to see if I secured a surgeon or how I was doing with an open hole on my head from him or his staff. (Office ladies were helpful.) The medical info link SENT for me would not open.Was blank!! No paperwork given to me either.Luckily I seem to be blessed to have a good surgeon for my multiple surgery to make me whole again.... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lowell for well over 10 yrs & have patiently accepted that there is a 6 month wait for an appt.When I scheduled an appt for myself last April, I asked to make an appt for my husband at the same time. When we arrived today-after taking the day off from work- we were told that he would be seeing the PA. We were told she wasn’t accepting new pts & he would have to see the PA. Dr Sarkell has been my dermatologist for many years. His exam is very thorough and I feel I am well taken care of. The facility is clean and the office is professional and always runs on time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sarkell
According to the reviews, this is not a doctor to visit. I don't understand why the primary doctor is sending his patients to him. Even making an appointment is too hard. I have been calling his office for three days so far with no answer. Only one machine asks me to leave a message. No callback yet.
Dr Lowell is a caring, warm knowledgeable Dr. Very professional staff as well. Dr Lowell’s staff member Jerrica was wonderful and well versed in the procedure I was inquiring about. Wonderful experience from the minute you enter the facility!!
Everything went as planned. The staff was courteous, patient and compassionate. The doctor listen to all our questions and was very thorough in his responses.
Terrible doctor, stay away from him. First of all he didn’t know or never heard of my disease, (I had pictures) on top of it he made fun of me because I couldn’t pronounce the name of the disease, (English not being my first language) but he could pronounce it. I knew more than he did about that disease, the only thing I couldn’t do was pronounce it correctly.
