Absolutely Fantastic! Dr. Jones provides high-quality care with an extremely personable and approachable nature. Having recently moved out of Utah and looking for another doctor has reinforced how lucky I was to have Dr. Jones while I was in Utah.
I suffer from testicular pain. I called to schedule a follow up appointment on a friday. The receptionist told me that since I had been treated a few times previous to this that she would ask the doctor if he recommended an ultrasound or more antibiotics. The receptionist said that she would call back with what advice on how to continue treatment. I received no call back. I now have an infection and no antibiotics left. Uncaring and completely apathetic staff. They make me feel unimportant.
He takes his time with us and really hears what we have to say. He doesnt rush us out of the office. He really cares about his patients.
