Do NOT use LAUREN LASKI or trust what she tells you. After it was agreed that the seller would purchase insurance for the air conditioning units in the house we were buying, she filled out the paper work required and sent us the link along with the account number. We signed and returned the document. Three months later we tried to file a claim because the compressor was out on the air conditioner, they told us that no one ever paid for the policy!
