I've seen this surgeon for many appointments and two surgeries. I will never choose to go to him again. He has NEVER been on time. I've left without being seen numerous times when I've already waited an hour and there are still a handful of people ahead of me in the waiting room waiting to be seen by him. I was in such constant pain before having my left shoulder replacement. I dreaded the awful post op pain that so many people had told me about. When I woke up from surgery , I had no pain . I thought it was just due to the nerve block. That dreaded pain never occurred. I followed directions 100% and have basically a total cure. My arm is back to almost complete usage and no pain. My doctor gets a five Dr Barrett did a wonderful job. Too bad he works in an office that is so ridiculously inept.Twice in the last 3 years, I have been left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, only to find that the "receptionist" made an error and did not complete my check-in process. To further inflame the situation, their excuse was: 1: Its because I have such a common name, and 2: I should have asked about the delay earlier. Seriously, no apology issued...
