Very attentive staff. Excellent care with Dr. Kennon.
Great experience! Dr. K and Landon were phenomenal. I only took painkillers one day, and probably didn't need them. My wife and I have also had previous experience at TOA with Drs Booth and Parsons. Knoxville is lucky to have such a competent and caring practice taking care of us.
This was my first visit to the clinic. I had a 7:50 AM appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to that appointment time. The clinic doesn’t open until eight. There were around 20 people standing outside in the main lobby. I would recommend changing arrival times, or opening the doors earlier, so your patients can come in and have a seat. There was a woman who needed a wheelchair, but couldn’t access one because the doors were locked. The process could be improved for opening the clinic in the mornings.
Dr. Kennon is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and confident in him and my surgery. I would recommend him and his clinic to anyone..
