You would do better saving money and getting a lawyer because these people will waste your time. 25 minutes after the doors were opened they stopped accepting patrons into the expungement clinic and started telling them to come next month or rerouting them to Baton Rouge for further assistance.
Beyond Grateful for the Justice and Accountability Center. I appreciate each and every one of the people who help run this. Trying to get a second chance and get help dealing with the legality of trying to clean up your record is already hard as it is. It’s not made for people who aren’t lawyers or know the system. For these people to go out of their way to help is honestly a blessing.
